Chyi-Shan Suen, President and COO
Chyi-Shan Suen joined Vitex in July 2002 as Assistant Product Manager and was
promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing in 2005 and Director of Business
Development in 2008. Previously, he held engineering positions at AG Associates
and Steag RTP Systems, supervising customer application and process activities in
Asia. He holds a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering from Tsing-Hua University in Taiwan, an
M.S. in Material Science and Engineering and an M.B.A. from University of California,
Berkeley.
Dr. Martin Rosenblum, Vice President of Operations and Engineering
Dr. Rosenblum has extensive experience in directing state-of-the-art technology
development programs to commercialization. At Vitex, he leads the team that
established the materials, equipment and processes for Barix™ thin film
encapsulation (TFE) that achieved the ultra-barrier performance required for organic
light emitting diode (OLED) displays. Dr. Rosenblum managed the development and
commercialization of the Guardian™ thin-film deposition tools for Barix™
encapsulation of which there are 12 at customer facilities. The world’s first
commercial production system for thin-film encapsulation of OLED displays was
delivered, qualified and operational in 2007. Prior to joining Vitex Systems in 2002,
Dr. Rosenblum led a multi-national team from three companies in the development
of a unique sputter system architecture for production of phase-change rewritable
optical media. During his 11 years at Komag (now a part of Western Digital), a
leading independent supplier of magnetic media, he managed programs that
developed and commercialized magneto-optic data storage media and Komag's first
laser-zone-textured magnetic hard discs. Dr. Rosenblum received his doctorate in
Applied Physics from Harvard University and undergraduate degree in Materials
Science and Engineering from Cornell University. He holds 11 U.S. and international
patents.
Adrianne Kordelos, Director of Finance and HR
Ms. Adrianne Kordelos joined Vitex Systems in 2001. During her tenure at Vitex,

and enabling it for commercialization for the OLED manufacturing process. He has a
strong background in various thin film deposition processes and is an expert in the
reactive sputtering process. He started his career as physical vapor deposition
(PVD) technology director in the wear-resistant hard coating and decorative coating
industries. When the magnetic hard disc company, MMC Technology, was funded in
1996 he joined as Senior R&D Engineer for the overcoat process. He developed and
transferred 7 generations of product into manufacturing with industry-leading high
yield. Prior to joining Vitex, Dr. Chu worked in thin film optical filter start-up
companies in various engineering management positions with responsibility for front
end process, back end process and customer support. Dr. Chu holds a Ph.D. in
Materials Science and Engineering from Northwestern University and a BS degree in
