Jack Saltich, Interim CEO and Chairman
Jack Saltich has been a member of the Board of Directors since January, 2002. Mr. Saltich is a retired executive with over 30 years of experience. From July 1999 to August 2005, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Three Five systems Inc., a technology company specializing in the design, development, and manufacturing of customer displays and display systems. From 1993 to 1999 Mr. Saltich served as Vice President with Advanced Micro Devices, where his last position was General Manager of AMD's European Microelectronics Center in Dresden, Germany. From 1971 to 1988, Mr. Saltich served in a number of capacities with Motorola Inc., culminating in his position as Vice President and Director of the Company's Advanced CMOS Product R&D Laboratory. Mr Saltich also serves on the board of directors of Leadis Technology (LDIS), Ramtron International Corporation (RMTR), Immersion Corporation (IMMR) and serves on the Technical Advisory Board for DuPont Electronic Materials Business. Mr Saltich received both a bachelor and masters degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois. In 2002, he received a distinguished alumni award from the University of Illinois.

Byron Sohovich, Director
Mr. Sohovich is a Director of Corporate Planning and Analysis at Battelle Memorial Institute and is responsible for preparing and coordinating periodic financial information for Battelle's Executive Committee and the Board of Directors. In this role, he analyzes budget and estimate submissions from BSTI, Lab Ops, and Central Services and makes recommendations to the Corporate Controller and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to this role, Mr. Sohovich was Director of Corporate Financial Services and was the lead financial resource for Portfolio One financing transactions, Mergers and Acquisitions, and support services to Battelle subsidiaries. He was the startup Treasurer and CFO for Vitex Systems, OmniViz, Velocys, Zivena, and Battelle Oklahoma.   He has held numerous financial management positions in the Venture Management Group, Chemical Market Sector, Transportation Systems, and National Security. Mr. Sohovich began his career at Battelle in the Government Accounting Practices department. Prior to joining Battelle in 1986, He was a business operations/financial manager at Northrop-Grumman in Annapolis, MD and Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) in McLean, VA. Mr. Sohovich received his MBA from University of Dayton. He received a B.S. in Accounting from University of Steubenville, Ohio, a B.S. in Business Administration, University of Steubenville, Ohio.

Dr. Leonard K. Peters, Director
Dr. Leonard K. Peters is the Director of the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, operated by Battelle for the U. S. Department of Energy. He also serves as Senior Vice President of Battelle. Dr. Peters came to PNNL April 1, 2003, with a diverse and distinguished career in research, most recently serving as Vice Provost for Research at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. While at Virginia Tech, Dr. Peters managed its diverse research and graduate education programs, ranging from biotechnology and materials to transportation and information technology. He also served as President and Chairman of the Board of Virginia Tech Intellectual Properties, Inc., a university-affiliated non-profit corporation. He also chaired the Committee on Research of the Virginia Research and Technology Advisory Commission. Prior to his tenure at Virginia Tech, Dr. Peters spent nearly two decades with the University of Kentucky. Dr. Peters has received many honors and awards, including a 1990 National Science Foundation Award in Recognition of Contributions to Science and Technology in Kentucky. In March 2004, Dr. Peters received the Oak Ridge Associated Universities' Outstanding Leadership Award. Dr. Peters earned his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh in Chemical Engineering where he was recognized as a Distinguished Alumnus in 1997.

Teruyuki Nakazawa, Director
Mr. Nakazawa is a Chief Information Officer and Executive Technical Advisor of Innovation Center of Mitsubishi Corporation (MC), and reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of the company. MC is the largest global trading house in the world (NO.12 th in the Fortune 500). Mr. Nakazawa has developed and directed many key projects in fields such as information & telecommunication technology, nano-technology, bio-medical technology, life science and energy & environment technology in the last five years. During his MC career, he was heavily involved in various iron & steel projects in Japan and oversees using his rich technical knowledge in this field. He has also served MC's German subsidiary company in Duesseldorf as a deputy General Manager of Machinery Dept. for nearly 10 years. He was also assigned as a member of the task force for MC's alliance with Daimler Benz Group between 1990 and 1996. Mr. Nakazawa is serving on several boards of various start-up companies which are associated with Mitsubishi Corporation in the fields of IT and Telecommunications, Energy & Environment, Nano Technology, not only in Japan, but also in Germany and the United States.   Mr. Nakazawa received his M.S. degree in Metallurgy from The Technical University of Aachen, Germany in1976.
