Jack Saltich, Interim CEO and Chairman
Jack Saltich has been a member of the Board of Directors since January, 2002. Mr. Saltich is a retired executive with over 30 years of experience. From July 1999 to August 2005, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Three Five systems Inc., a technology company specializing in the design, development, and manufacturing of customer displays and display systems. From 1993 to 1999 Mr. Saltich served as Vice President with Advanced Micro Devices, where his last position was General Manager of AMD's European Microelectronics Center in Dresden, Germany. From 1971 to 1988, Mr. Saltich served in a number of capacities with Motorola Inc., culminating in his position as Vice President and Director of the Company's Advanced CMOS Product R&D Laboratory. Mr Saltich also serves on the board of directors of Leadis Technology (LDIS), Ramtron International Corporation (RMTR), Immersion Corporation (IMMR) and serves on the Technical Advisory Board for DuPont Electronic Materials Business. Mr Saltich received both a bachelor and masters degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois. In 2002, he received a distinguished alumni award from the University of Illinois.

Dr. Robert Jan Visser, Chief Technology Officer
As CTO, Dr. Robert Jan Visser is responsible for driving Vitex's research and development activities. Prior to joining the company in 2002, Visser served as innovation manager and CTO for Philips Components' PolyLED business unit. In this role, he was responsible for developing the electronics, products and manufacturing processes required to commercialize Philips' PolyLED technology. Prior to this, Visser was responsible for overseeing Philips research projects relating to plastic electronics, liquid crystalline polymers (LCD, displays and optical films). He holds a Ph.D. in physical chemistry and a master's degree in theoretical chemistry and physics from the University of Leiden, Netherlands.

Dr. Martin Rosenblum, VP of Operation and Engineering
Dr. Martin Rosenblum has extensive experience in directing complex, state-of-the-art technology development programs to commercialization. He has a successful track record for developing both multi-million dollar hardware and 24/7 manufacturing processes. At Vitex, he directed the development through acceptance of the first two thin-film tools for Barix(TM) encapsulation of OLEDs. Prior to joining Vitex Systems in 2002, Dr. Rosenblum led a multi-national team from three companies in the development of an unique sputter system architecture for production of phase-change rewritable optical media. During his 11 years at Komag, he managed programs that developed and commercialized magneto-optic data storage media and Komag's first laser-zone-textured magnetic hard discs. Dr. Rosenblum received his doctorate in Applied Physics from Harvard University and undergraduate degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Cornell University. He holds nine U.S. and international patents.

Adrianne Kordelos, Director of Finance and HR
Ms. Adrianne Kordelos joined Vitex Systems in 2001. During her tenure at Vitex, she has acquired increasing responsibilities for directing the human resources, finance and administrative departments. In addition, Ms. Kordelos managed the overseas financial operations in Japan and Korea. Prior to joining Vitex, Ms. Kordelos was a financial and human resource manager to a number of manufacturing and software start-ups in Silicon Valley over the last 15 years. In this capacity, she was responsible for setting up the ground floor operations within finance and administrative departments, contract management, tax reporting and business filings and reported to the Board of Directors. Ms. Kordelos has managed auditing teams, worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter and acted as a business manager for several bay area radio stations. Ms. Kordelos has a Masters of Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and received her baccalaureate degree from the University of San Francisco.

Dr. Xi Chu, Director of Process Engineering
Dr. Xi Chu joined Vitex in Nov 2001 and has focused on improving the technology and enabling it for commercialization for the OLED manufacturing process. He has a strong background in various thin film deposition processes and is an expert in the reactive sputtering process. He started his career as physical vapor deposition (PVD) technology director in the wear-resistant hard coating and decorative coating industries. When the magnetic hard disc company, MMC Technology, was funded in 1996 he joined as Senior R&D Engineer for the overcoat process. He developed and transferred 7 generations of product into manufacturing with industry-leading high yield. Prior to joining Vitex, Dr. Chu worked in thin film optical filter start-up companies in various engineering management positions with responsibility for front end process, back end process and customer support. Dr. Chu holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Northwestern University and a BS degree in Material Science and Metallurgical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. He is the author of more than 10 publications and four US patents in the field of thin film deposition.

Chyi-Shan Suen, Director of Sales and Marketing
Mr. Chyi-Shan Suen joined Vitex Systems in July 2002 as a Product Manager. He was promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing in February 2005. Mr. Suen is in charge of all sales, marketing and business development activities at Vitex. Before joining Vitex, Mr. Suen was with AG Associates and Steag RTP Systems where he was responsible for the process support activities in Asia. He also supervised three beta-site installations in Japan. Mr. Suen has an M.B.A. and an M.S. in Materials Science and Engineering, both from the University of California, Berkeley. His B.S. degree in Nuclear Engineering is from National Tsing-Hua University in Taiwan.
